Hi folks,
I have a question regarding the current thinking on UE. I looked at the sticky, but still not sure.
Does a creditor still have to provide a signed copy of the agreement to enforce in court for agreements taken out pre-2007?

DCA Phone Calls at Work
I have seen the answer to this question somewhere but I can't seem to find it at the minute. I have a debt collector ringing my work phone number. I'm sure that they cannot do this or maybe it's that they have to if I ask them to stop. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks
