Long story - very short, Citi rejected reduced payment offer in early 2010 but tried to stitch my OH up with an arrangement which would have cost much more long term.
S.78 requested March 10 ..... Nov 10 letter from Citi confirming no CCA therefore...

Yes I did read that and sadly I am finding many similar cases on facebook etc.
It is were I have been for the past few days helping these poor souls because many are oblivious to there entitlements and the associated rules and regulations.

Mint Card PPI
Evening all,
More advice needed.
Basically I had PPI on a Mint Card which I claimed on for 12 months when I was made redundant. They paid the card off completely happy days.
Once it was paid off I carried on using the card as I had become self employed and needed...

Midland Bank Loan Credit Protection Insurance
Hi Guys.
Come over to my mothers this morning, to see she had found an old loan from the Midland Bank dated 21st December 1998.
On this agreement there was Credit Protection Insurance, which as i understand is what they call PPI today.

If my partner secured a mortgage in her name, would a solicitor be able to draw up an agreement with regards to any deposit i provided and the fact i would be paying towards it?
Is this something that could be drawn up "remotely" or is it something that they may need to witness...

Kidney functioning
Had some bloods done a week ago, and most of them were fine, although cholesterol not brilliant and low kidney functioning.
