Hi to all
There is a letter doing the rounds in our area. A company called Randall & Vickers is suggesting our home is possibly in the incorrect tax band for council tax.
They claim they can go back to 1993 and get a refund from the council if they can get us reclassified...

why is regulation so bad?
I am really stumped to why regulation regarding extreemly high interest rates has not been addressed.
Cards which were taken out years ago with ex 15% APR, have over the years increased to nearly 40%.
If people knew back then, that the interest rate would increase to that...

Cant remember from my complaints previously, but whats the position with the refund?
Obviously if the loan is paid off, its a cheque.
But what if the loan is current? Something is in my mind that the PPI you have paid, is refunded as a cheque, and any outstanding is paid off...
