Saving for a F&F
Ok so we are 1 year into a 5 yr IVA and it's going ok so far, I have seen a lot of information about offering a full and final to finish the IVA early which I understand needs to be as near to the projected dividend as possible.

What could be done here ?
Two credit card debts, defaulted in 2005, potentially both unenforceable. Both gone through to CCJ, one to a charging order. Charging order has been repaid, the other is an outstanding CCJ from 2008.
Assuming for a minute that they were both proven unenforceable, what could be done ?... -

OMG, I have just opened a letter dated October 2007, as it went to the wrong address (to the next street) it had taken all this time for me to receive this, they have been decluttering and passing by popped some mail through, majority of it as you can see years old.

My credit card debt was defaulted and sold by MBNA to Direct legal and Collections. As to this date DLC have never proved I owe them any money and have never started collection proceedings against me. Hi all, I'm new to this but here goes................any advice much appreciated and gratefully recieved

Hi all to cut a long story short. I have a default from HFC from Feb 2006 hence due to disappear next month.
I also have a default for the SAME account!! From 1st credit, same date also due to disappear next month.
