Chances of reclaiming CPP pre 2005?
Mother was paying CPP for her cards for some time, until i told her to cancel it around 2007.
I hear that she should be notified of miss selling if it was after 2005, but her CPP payments go back beyond this i believe.
Isnt a lot, and was paid annually. She has no information...

On 17th July Anglian Water sent me my first bill for this property. The due date was 1st August. On 8th August they wrote to me stating they are now commencing legal action. Copies of both are below:

Getting no-where with Halifax mortgage complaint

How often do these lot just have a look see at peoples credit files for no other reason than they can and perhaps to have a laugh at the mess we are in?
Concerned they had an unrecorded enquiry last month on Experian. They dont own (presently) any debt with us so cant use that as an excuse...
