In October 2008 I took out a loan with HSPF to help with moving house, our landlords suddenly sprung on us that they were selling and we had four weeks to move....

August 2006. I opened the account and did a balance transfer to RBS of £5.5k.
I defaulted over a year ago and have received the usual letters from Green & Co, Moorcrofts, Midas and Fredericksons etc.
14th August 2013. Bryan Carter Solicitors issued a summons.

HELP! disabled with so much debt
After becoming unexpectibly disabled four years ago and no chance of preparing for the future i have occured a lot of debt both past & present. 3 credit cards & a catalogue.On one card I was paying a smaller amount but recently they have past me onto cougar financial so getting very worried.... -
Time to CCA?
Ruthbridge have recently starting sending me fan mail for an old debt that has been asleep for some time and I've done nothing to awaken the creditor.

Payplan not sending my payments to creditors
I only have 3 creditors with these now and because we have applied for a variation to the court to have a ccj/charge lowered to £1.00 a month the minimum payment to payplan at the moment is only £ 5.89 , the rest of the debts are looking ue so we stopped paying them in June this year.

Whilst I am currently asking Apex/Cabot for a CCA request, I rummaged and remembered that on my Barclaycard I asked one from them in March 2012. I forgot totally about it and I don't think they've found a signed copy.... just need to check... -
