My daughter has moved out she has managed to save a deposit and buy her own 2 bedroom flat and we are delighted (not least to get our bedroom back as she is nearly 27!).

Bought fuel from BP station on oct 27th 2012 - £52. Amount was taken from my debit card (Barclays current account on dec 2nd 2012 but then AGAIN on feb 14th 2013.

Barclays won't help me despite authorising the second debit when no funds available. BUT...

I am currently battling BH over my car. I was just looking at the copy of the DN when I wondered if the dates and times are correct.

The DN is dated 17th Oct (Weds) and it says that I must pay the arrears before 6th Nov (Tues). The DN was sent by 2nd class post....

I've just been reading the information about how Charging Orders are going to be easier to get after a CCJ is awarded and wondered if someone could confirm that if your house is owned or mortgaged jointly, but the debt is only in the name of one person, a charging order cant be awarded, only a Restriction?...

Seen my credit file on noddle (Call Credit) and account I used to have with Barclaycard is listed under Closed Accounts as Satisfied (which is derogatory status I suppose, as long as it is not Satisfied).

When Capital one sells a debt and Lowell buys it should the data from Capital one still be there because there is no information at all just information recorded from when Lowell bought the debt.

I have been trying to see if a MBNA credit card bill is unenforceable. The amount is £5,500.49.

They have sold the debt onto a DCA and I have received many demands from them.
Recently they sent me a letter offering a £10 per month payment or 75% write off...

Ok so we are 1 year into a 5 yr IVA and it's going ok so far, I have seen a lot of information about offering a full and final to finish the IVA early which I understand needs to be as near to the projected dividend as possible.
