Does anybody know what the best/cheapest prepay credit card is??

My daughter is going on holiday and I want to give her some money, she is only 19 and I dont like the idea of it all being in cash. So does anybody know the cheapest/best prepaid credit card is????

Hi

if she going abroad - we got a card from the post office for the States - we found it really useful - it does charge if you use it to take out cash but if you use it to pay for things in shops or resturants you don't

they do all different currencies and we got a really good rate....
