    Lost another 1lb at WW today. Really shouldn't have 'cos I have scoffed everything sweet in sight for the last couple of days. I'm a comfort eater and when needs must - forget dieting.!!
    Must really try and be good for next week, I want to acheive my 7lbs in a month target. I am going to aim for that every 4 weeks.....no crisis's hopefully or I'm a lost cause.

    6.5 lbs in total lost.

      i'm wondering whether i need to go back to WW meetings...i'm really struggling with self control at the moment x

          Self control Confused......what's that then?? lol

          I am absolutely useless, its only the fact that I go to class with 3 other women that spurs me on to make sure I lose something.!! I really can't do it on my own.

            Isn't it amzing that we can't manage to eat a proper, balanced diet and walk 30 mins a day without someone holding our hand?!

            I don't know what makes it so difficult, I guess it's like stopping smoking...all about breaking habits!

              Elsie I have you down as loosing 9lbs in total - have gone back and checked all your updates??

              Well done to everyone so far and lets keep at it - I think as long as the weight is not piling on we are doing something right...

                  Wow, some of you are doing great - well done. I was the same again but I'm ok with it really as I had my s-i-l's then son's bdays & just got back from my dd birthday get together! Had something in excess at everyone! at s-i-l's I couldn't leave the peanuts alone, then the wine at ds & tonight ate a sw cottage pie, only had diet drinks then finished it off with a cream scone! Just hope I can be especially good rest of week or it'll be a gain for me on thurs! I really need to lose 2lbs which is becoming a block for me I think. If I lose that i'll be just under my current target weight & I think that will motivate me to go right down & re-set my target another 7lbs under. I think my problem is I am still in the target range at SW so as long as i don't put on I stay there & when I'm eating I kind of forget I want to re-set the damned target! I think it's ridiculous that I can't get focused again - I lost 2st 12.5lbs so why can't I just try for a few weeks to get rid of the 8.5lbs

                  I will join the losers soon....promise lol

                    Looloo.....yes you are right, its me what can't add up.!!!!

                    I'm having a bad week this week, OH went for a job interview last Tuesday and its all that has been on our minds. He has work so really it doesn't matter if he doesn't get it, but he wants this job Soooo badly, of course that means that I can't concentrate. I'm a comfort eater and by god I am doing some comforting this week...lol. I will probably have put some on when I get weighed on Wednesday, but I have 3 days in which to redeem myself, so I am going to try really hard.

                      Hey just an update i have lost 16lbs in total so way under my target and just maintaining now.

                      Hope you all get back into it where you can or keep going where you are losing well.

                      Well done Elsie and Jen you have done so well.

                      LooLoo put that chocolate down and run round the office 5 times lol :-))

                          I didn't lose anything again this week. Not surprising really with all the cake and booze!!

                            Morning folks.

                            Well its weighing in day today and I am dreading going because I feel sure that I will have put some weight back on, but I AM going which is more than I would have done previously. I would have stayed at home and said its not worth it, so I suppose that in itself is an improvement.!! I have scoffed for England this week, and it was all sweet, snacking sort of stuff......comfort food. Bad Elsie.!! Will report back after the weigh-in.

                              well done on all the losses this week!!

                              i didn't weigh myself on Monday and we've been eating out for the last couple of days...next weigh in will no doubt be shameful! i seriously need to turn my diet and exercise around.

                                Well I went to WW and it wasn't too bad, I have gained 0.5lb this week, it really should have been more, so I count myself lucky. I am definitely getting back on the 'waggon' now, I am not paying almost a fiver a week for nothing. Good luck for the coming week guys.
