    Nothing for me this week folks.......I stayed the same, which to be honest I count myself as very lucky. Must try harder.!!

      I've decided that I'm going to make a concerted effort to lose the weight now - the nice weather means I can't hide my flabby bits under jumpers, though it makes me wish I'd concentrated before instead of making excuses!

            Me stayed the same - sorry not updated last week and this week yet - will get on to it ASAP

            well today is the start for me - no more excuses.... muselli for breakfast chicken salad for lunch and salmon salad tonight - trying to cut down on the bread and potatoes............

              Got weighed last thurs (7th) stayed same, but forgot to update sorry. This is going very slowly, original target date was 31 March! Will I make target for my revised target date - my birthday in June?? FAW

              Looloo I don't think I've been telling you when I've maintained so I've just double-checked & it's even worse than I thought this is my real progress! That's it - 9 more weigh-ins til my birthday & 7.5lbs to go!!

              Findingaway - Target 10.5 lbs - Start date 21st January
              Wk1- 1/2 - Wk 2 - 1 Wk 3 - 1/2 Wk 4 - 0 Wk5 - M Wk6 - M Wk7 - M Wk 8 +1 Wk 9 -1 Wk10 - 1 Wk11- M
              Total = 3 lbs

                Hiya folks.

                Bad news for me......2lbs on this week. I've been comfort eating, well I've got to have some excuse for putting weight on.!!

                Back on strick diet again now, so will hopefully have a weightloss next week.

                  I'm thinking of going back to WW...I lost 19lb with it last year. I think I need the discipline of a weekly weigh in and meeting got no self control!

                    Just eaten 2 helping of Mr M's Sticky Toffee Trifle.......omg was it good.!! Don't expect to lose anything now next week, it must contain 1000's of calories.!!

                        Not posted for a while but I've lost 4lbs this week. Must be all the gardening and dog walking I've been doing, plus I've been very good on the food front (not so good with the vino!)

                              Judge can you tell me how much you have lost - we are doing it by how much we loose and the give me a target weight ie that you want to lose 2 stone in total? Is that ok??

                                it's no wonder you're confused with me...it's because i haven't done very well! best to leave it at zero for now...

                                i'm starting back at WW next week i'm not starting this week because it's my birthday and i want to enjoy it so first class is a week tomorrow i need the regular motivation of the class...
