This is interesting, thanks for posting this up.

This is something similar that happened when we were in hardship, via Lloyds.

I care full time for my youngest son with special needs, he has a form of autism.

Where hubby previously worked for several years went into liquidation, we fell into hardship - once the insurance stopped paying out, and despite sending letters to explain and the letters from the free debt organisation they ignored, and ignored letters of deprivation.

This will be an interesting one to follow, thank you. k
