      I suppose that could be the case P1, but haven't pRA had a pretty torrid time in the States? Their debt recovery laws are somewhat different to ours and you may remember OTR a long while back a discussion about that guy in the Staes who was a "professional" runner up of debt and when he got chased his lawyers moved in and sued for harassment. In the end he was actually making a very lucrative living at it and I thought PRA were one of the "sufferers".
