      I just hope all these reviews of everything will actually come up with concrete proposals to stop some of the behaviour of this industry.

        No Sh&t Sherlock LOL nice to see the FCA are actually doing something.....not.

        Of course it creates excessive debts. Increase spending balance, increase APR. The way they pay down on particular types of spending in a certain order, all of that creates needless debt.
