    There should be legislation to allow consumers to charge banks and institutions for when they get it wrong, and allow us to chop and change terms and conditions when we feel like it and not what it was when they signed up to it!

      Para 1 subsection b.
      The customer can and will not pay any monies owed to the company at his discretion.

      That sounds a good one.
