    Relevant section I think is (5)(b) here: Insolvency Act 1986

      Thanks Rizzle, that's all seems quite clear to me

      Is this ex-husband trying to get the High Court to say different because that would indeed "open the flood-gates" for men to go BR in order to avoid ongoing maintenace and dodge orders under the Child Support Act.

      Whatever happend to taking responsibility for your children
