I was on BBC Radio Norfolk this morning talking about this issue. Woke me up at 8am for a five minute slot.

It's not quite yet on the iplayer but I read what he said which is not dissimilar to what he said last november. He is basically saying that the bank are not being transparent with customers on how their account actually pays, ie how much do they take from say credit balances, debit interest, etc, etc
