Just a one liner referring them to your missing terms letter. Enclose a copy.

I always like to have the last letter on file.
Yes, Vint, they should know better. Or do you think an attempt at a little bullsh*t is being made here?

I'll send the one liner and see what they say

I would send the “Sold in Dispute” letter.

You will need to pay the subscription to be able to access the templates now, but that will prove to be a bargain compared with what you could have to pay without the site's help, and that money would go to an unjust cause where the subscription will go to a just one.

          SH

PS Don't forget to frame the letter you have received and hang it on the wall, because it is IMPORTANT!!!

This is my technically Barclaycard account which is now with Robinson Way. They last wrote to me in February letting me know that they were looking into my query. They have since written again stating that, in view of my query, they have returned my case to their client

I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

Exactly, Missy. I can play this particular game of tennis for as long as they want. I will be interested in what NW have to say next. They can take their time, though

My Tesco account: Wescot's latest offering is basically challenging me to point out exactly why I believe that their paperwork has problems. They believe the monies are due in full I'm sure that more experienced than me have seen this type before and will have a suitable retort to suggest

A lot would depend on the nature of the unenforceability. If it was irredeemable, then there would be no real harm in pointing the facts out to them. In my case, for example, Crapital One had added PPI to the account without my knowledge or consent, and there were no prescribed terms anywhere on the signature document in any case. When Crapbot Farcical come demanding money, there is no reason not to point this out to them, as it is already far too late for them to do anything about it.

Other forms of unenforceability can be corrected, so it is absolutely vital not to alert them to the exact nature of the fault. When in doubt, say nothing, as it is not your responsibility to flag to them in advance the nature of any court defence you may need to submit. In fact, it is probably best to say nothing even if you are not in doubt, for the same reason.

With Wasteclot, I would just ignore them. It is not your job to tell them the law. If they are part of this “industry” (LOL), they should be able to work it out for themselves.

I'd just do a one liner referring them to your last letter

no detail just a pretty stark letter

why do their jobs for them?

but in the interests of a papertrail, a wee one liner can't hurt

as SH says, they are some of the worst muppets
