Thankyou for your reply, I will sort out sending a sar(gdpr) to the dmp company. As for ppi I know there was not any as the documents sent show this as the case. The original amount was for £5000 but I can’t remember what the loan was originally for.

There are many reasons for UE not just the CCA. The CCA 77/78 by the way is for information purposes not proof!

Sent off sar requests last week didn’t know that the £10 is no longer required so got both postal orders returned which is a bonus. The dmp company are on with gathering the info but Lloyd’s bank have sent me a form to fill in that’s wanting a copy of passport, driving licence or utility bill. What should I do about this?

Identity? I think GDPR is a slightly different from the old SAR. The current norm for proving identity is one of each of the following.
1/ A Driving Licence or a Passport etc..
2/ A Current Utility Bill

I see that Niddy said this CCA was UE. If that is the case there is no point in sending another one, in fact it would be positively dangerous. I had some RBS debts that were sold to Cabot Financial UK, they did try to phone a few times but soon stopped and the debts are SB.
My case was slightly different in that RBS had previously supplied enforceable CCA requests so I did send new ones which Cabot were unable to comply with.
For now I would do nothing and wait to see what they do next

So this Mint credit card is both unenforceable and now owned by Cabot Financial (UK) Ltd.
That's two reasons to celebrate

Hello
Thanks for the update which is looking good.
You've reached the final year before these debts become statute barred since they all appear to have been defaulted in 2008, and payments stopped after you sent the CCA Requests in March 2016.
It also seems you sent your CCA Requests to the original creditors (all of them or only most of them?) so you've got that ace up your sleeve if the debt purchasers start to turn up the heat.
I hope you make it to the finishing line!
