    Normal chasing letter received today just going to ignore this one for now.

      More decorative paper ? Toilet comes to mind xx let us know if they send owt else , as they say they could POSSIBLY take action

I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

                11/06/16 - letter received saying there agent has been unable to contact me so they have passed my details onto a new dca called Allied international credit(uk) ltd.
                09/12/16 - letter from Mint saying there agent has been unable to contact me so have now passed it to Westcot Credit Services trading as Wescot. And that they will contact me within 14days.



                latest update on this one been very quiet apart from the normal contact us or we may do this or may do that that, then this one drops on my doormat today so will wait and see what this allied international are about.

                    they sent what they have received so far as per my cca request, all they have sent so far are some computer printouts of what looks like statements covering from 2004-2008.the final page shows debt cleared money owed =0.00 but I guess that's when Lloyds sold the debt on.

                        seems they have my mobile number from somewhere but I never answer numbers I don't know anyway so if it carries on I will just block the number.

                            Just a suggestion, I know people say bin, use as toilet paper etc but in reality I would keep every letter/email they send . You never know when they might be useful

                            ESPECIALLY if there is any sort of admission on them as to unenforceability.

                            I have every email/letter regarding anything to do with my debts all safely stored as hard copy and backed up in the cloud

                              Yep. Don't chuck things away - just don't reply to everything.

                              Always keep a copy of letters received. Harassment is still valid as an argument in its own right

                                Hi thanks for the info, I have filed everything I have recieved since sending out my cca requests and so far the only letters I get are asking me politely to contact them but that may change as its only been 3 months.
