sorry! Its one of these flexible loans that I always say are unenforceable as they are a loan cum overdraft so it doesn't allow proper conformation to the CCA (Overdrafts are exempt, loans are not) therefore what do you do here? Do you request documents under s.78 (revolving credit) or under s.77 (fixed term credit)....? Point here is that the agreement is not watertight at all, far far from it so until we have some sort of case-law precedent, we always assume they are UE - therefore send this back: ---> CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

Excellent thank you, will send that off today/tomorrow.

Still waiting on feedback for the earlier one ... Egg.

Just got another one through from Santander, for Car Finance. Will scan and upload shortly, although the quality of print is abysmal.

Linky please? I can't see anything (I don't search the threads, if you need an answer to something please quote the original post and add an update in red so I know what's going on)....

Am I right to presume this is the documents you loaded in the secure section? I've not checked over them yet? If so, ooops -- sorreeee

                      Please clarify for me

Indeed, there's two uploaded to the secure section:

                        1) Egg - Not responded to.
                        2) Cahoot - Flexible loan. Responded to as

Then I have a Santander Car Loan to upload ... I'll put a new post up when I do that.

                          Broadband and Phone:

I've decided to procure my own broadband and phone service, rather than have the work installed one. My options are:

                          1) BT - DONT USE, as Credit Check
                          2) Sky - It seems vague as whether they credit check you or not.
                          3) Talk Talk - Whom say they credit check for a phone line.

If they credit check during application, should I stop during the "past addresses" stage?

Sky do not credit check you. Its fine, however you still need a normal landline don't you? Talk Talk use a BT line as well don't they? I'm not that clued up with phones like, however Virgin and BT both credit check you.

BT will not leave a search footprint so they are the safest option, virgin update it monthly and treat it like a credit account - BT do not.

Regards to uploads, i'm having a couple of days off - will check them on Monday - nothing is that urgent it can't wait til then

                              Cheers, have a good break.

I've opted for sky, as since it's LLU, they can provide and bill for the landline too. Fingers crossed!
