    GordonS_Lover - Saga with Tesco...

    Dear All,

    1. I have started this diary having, finally, got my CCA from Tesco.
    2. I managed to keep them at bay for approx 12 months - making no payments at all.
    3. I have been defaulted. Total outstanding = £2200.
    4. Tesco, now having sent me the CCA have passed the a/c to Moorcroft. They in turn have started making threats. After only 5 days from the Tesco CCA being delivered.
    5. Am sending the CCA doc's to Niddy.
    6. I am going to take the same tack with other card debst I have.

    Emailed Niddy!

    Thats a good start there - Hardest part done

    Take some time to read some of the other diaries and see how they are set out giving information such as start date ect - Thats a really inportant piece of information for unenforceable debts. There is no formal right or wrong way as such but more a recognised way we all tend to do it.

    Then as you get some further information set out a post for each debt separatly which you can continually update as and when something new happens ect

      When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

            Well they refer to conditions that don't tally so it's temporarily UE - but it easy to remedy (Carey v HSBC)..... So we'll need to take a look at the default notice please - that'll help.

            I'll have another look when I get time but from the quick glance the terms are not those that came with the card - for now just sit tight & keep us updated if they write. Please send me the DN in the meantime
