    Ok how serious are red debt recovery because I've just moved in with my partner and don't want to explain if they do come visit

        Haha just the answer I was looking for I believe he debt is now statue barred which I would imagine why their offering me to pay a quarter of the debt so they get at least something.

        I have recently apply and got an aqua credit card where as previously I couldn't get anything at all, is this a sign of my credit rating improving ?

          Yes, it's usually Aqua or Vanquis that start you back on the credit trail. Aqua usually have slightly lower extortionate apr!

              Hi ive also managed to get a very account with a 600 limit not really going to be used just testing the water

              another question too checked my credit report and I have some payday loans record more than once for a certain date...is there anything I can do?
              or can I even email the payday lender and ask for them to be removed completely? ( long shot i know)

                also further to this they have me recorded as Ms not Mr ( well i was last time I checked)...does that make a difference?

                  Right guys I think ive done it and made it to UE by the looks of my credit report...nothing showing

                  I have now recently applied and got a aqua card 250 limit and a very shopping account 600 limit

                  am I going about it the right way?

                      I might be a bit naive here but what do you mean by dont draw any neccessary attention to yourself?

                      and am i going the right way about rebuilding my credit doing things or should i wait a bit?

                        I think MrsD means that if you suddenly apply for loads of credit your account may flag up against previous creditors, they still try to fight even over SB debts.
                        yes, you are going the right way about rebuilding your credit. There is a section where people have done this.

                          Ah right so if they do seem to fight then just the usual ignore the letters then as there's nothing they can do?

                          Brilliant is there a link so I can have a look at that did have a look but couldn't see much?

                          Also with donating to the forum is there a set amount or can you donate anything?

                                Which says

                                And then it asks to call them
