Hi Flowerpower,
I didn't think about sending both letters at the same time , that's saved me some money!!!

Regarding "changing" my phone number if they've already got it ,it would be pointless giving them another number I would love to change my number but my OH uses this number for work (self employed ) .

Sosad, FP did not mean that you actually change your number you just send a letter with a new number on and tell them to use that.

Hi Jon I hope you're keeping well .
I looked at the number Flowerpower suggested and have written it down for future use ,I'm going to leave it beside my phone and get my OH to give it to the creditors that call ,he's much better than me when answering the phone he enjoys "winding" them up I cringe when he's on the phone to them thanks for letting me know it does work though

APRIL 12TH , cancelled dmp payments and requested CCA

April 16th , received letter from Moorecroft they have requested documentation from Baeclaycard.

Received letter from Barclaycard saying they've passed my account to Allied International to collect the outstanding balance should I wait and see what this new company ask for or send "sold in dispute " letter ?
All suggestions gratefully received

May 9th e- mailed Niddy with my cca
Please let me know if you received this as I'm not sure if I have done this properly thanks

June 12th Posted telephone harassment letter

Received letter from monument stating they disagree that they were harassing mr ,also they are asking me to send a financial breakdown if I wish to stay on reduced payment plan . What would be my next seep with this company?

April 23rd, cancelled dmp payments and requested cca

May 9th received letter from Cabot stating it may take 40 days to provide me with CCA ,please make payments in the meantime
June15th received letter from Cabot stating they cannot find my CCA ,they say this does not mean I should not pay outstanding debt!!!

Haven't been on for a while as all was quiet I've now received a letter from collect direct stating I have defaulted and have 5 days to respond or legal action will be taken do I write back to them about not receiving my cca from them ? Any help will be appreciated xx

Are they ? I really don't know Jon I've sent the letter In 2 Deep suggested , that way they can see I'm not ignoring them, they've been phoning me constantly I have ignored them but it does get a bit tiring being scared to answer the phone
