Allan was right in what he said to post, nothing wrong at all however I would have sent the template I suggested purely cos I wrote them and know they exist - that one I linked to is in the wrong place reall thus gets missed a lot.

Sorry niddy mate I suggested soSad send off the CCA request to Cap One based on what I understood from reading the correspondence from CrapQuest as highlighted below. But as long as Cap One are aware of the CCA request (from either via CrapQuest or directly from soSad), nothing lost hey.

April 12th cancelled dmp requested cca.
April 13th reply from capqest requiring signature.
April 23rd I replied with no signature required letter.
April 28th, Capquest returned my P.O. and advised me that they have
returned account to Capital One and all corrospondece should

                            be addressed to Capital One.

April 28th ,2nd letter, Capquest has sent my request to Capital One

also states "please note that a notice of assignment is not
applicable as account has not been sold to us"

Do I now need to send p.o. to Capital One and request cca from them?
