    Bogus Quality Audit

    Just got a letter from iQor regarding one of my debts which we are treating as unenforceable. It's asking that I check my balance against my records and to provide details of my last three payments and to return it to them in the business envelope.

    all part of their 'customer service' and a'quality audit' don'cha know

    Methinks they're trying to get me to fess up the debt and reset the clock. Cheeky sods!

      These people should not be in business!

        They work in Financial Services. Underhand activity, theft, lying and bullying come as standard. Just ignore them.

In Financial Services?, in a Bank? Then think on....you are helping this process along....

          When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

            3 payments of £0 = nothing so post their business envelope with a blank sheet of paper enclosed. It'll cost em to receive a blank bit of paper and it'll give the drones in the office at iQor a headache.

            Better still send in a bogus letter, with a made up address and account number disputing the account and nothing that can link the letter back to you.

            They'll then spend some time trying to trace down a bogus account on their computer systems confusing them even more and costing them more money!
