    3 payments of £0 = nothing so post their business envelope with a blank sheet of paper enclosed. It'll cost em to receive a blank bit of paper and it'll give the drones in the office at iQor a headache.

    Better still send in a bogus letter, with a made up address and account number disputing the account and nothing that can link the letter back to you.

    They'll then spend some time trying to trace down a bogus account on their computer systems confusing them even more and costing them more money!

    They work in Financial Services. Underhand activity, theft, lying and bullying come as standard. Just ignore them.
