Just received my wife's credit agreement for her next directory account.

The agreement does not contain any information with regards her personal details or signature.

What should we do now, it has also come with what looks like and standard letter....

I have an old Egg lloan, 10 years old now. Defaulted in 2006. Had a Default sat on my CRFs for 6 years which then came off. A company called Arrow Global SARL then owned the loan and I recently got a letter from them saying it had been sold to ME III. I then ghot a letter from ME III and a hello letter...

Just got a letter from iQor regarding one of my debts which we are treating as unenforceable. It's asking that I check my balance against my records and to provide details of my last three payments and to return it to them in the business envelope.

Just a quick question, if I've sent off a letter of dispute to a DCA and they have replied that they have placed the account on hold but would like to know why the account is in dispute... do I tell them?
I have written to the original creditor but not heard anything back from them...
