Mkdp took me to court over a 6 year old barclay card debt . It has been through at least 7 dca companies and finally it went to court on a date I was not aware of . The judge ordered it to be struck out , when I found out I rang the court and was told not to worry its finished the end . I have since found out Mkdp failed to provide a document which I can only think was a signed cca . My question is Mkdp have sold debt to Robinson who are harassing me to death by phone , letter . Can a debt be sold that has been struck out by a court . I would also like to know can a firm be done for harassment after I have told them at least 6 times its been struck out only to reply they don't care . Hope you help thanks

I'll have a word with our solicitor and see what she suggests but really blocking their number is best and ignoring them. They can't do much....

Thank you so much for reply . Yes I have a letter from the court it basically states on such a date myself against mkdp before judge Mr @@@@@ at such a time it is ordered that the claim be struck out ...Comment

It might be prudent to attack them as they can reissue so get in first. If Judgment is applied for on a struck out claim as well as a costs order then it becomes harder to get permission to reissue as they have to set aside judgment first.
