    niddy is this posible to do ?

    HI
    Way before i did a cca,i requested my PPI back from the then citi card.
    As 2plus years went on and comunication fron citi and FOS seemed to stop, in the last 3 wks i sent my cca request to opus.In the meantime i have and accepted an offer from them regard to ppi. Obviously they have taken out the remaining balance an i will get the rest. So today i have had a letter from opus in response to cca as follows.

    "the documents enclosed constiute a true copy of the agreement"
    does not include a signature box date of siggy

    then they outline the balance

    "We regret that although we have attempted to find your original agreement to date we have been unsucessful.We will continue to seach for it"

    My question is now that i have that letter and when i have been paid my ppi is there any way i can try to get back the money they have stopped off me? i.e you aint got the cca give me my money back

    no. sorry you've lost that now....

    Point is, if the reclaim pays off the balance and pays you something at the end then great - better than a kick in the teeth but don't expect it all as they can't find the agreement as technically they offset the debt against the refund.

    Wrong, I know but thats the way it works....
