  • DMP on Quidco !!

Couldn't believe it when i saw it lol A DMP company offering £150 cashback on quidco to use their services. What a joke !!!! Sad thing is that there will be hundreds, if not thousands that will get roped in thinking they are "gaining" something.
I hereby promise to treat Debt Collection Agencies with the same values that they treat me. UTTER CONTEMPT !!

OMG !!!! check out their forum on the debt-line site !!!!

People are paying them and then having to do the work themselves. Here's one post :

"Where are the OFT templates that can be used to stop creditors harrassing you? I was told to use one before which was a bit of a surprise as that is what I thought I was paying you lot to do!
            "

            And this worrying one :

"I would like to email you 3x statements from creditors:

            1. shows that I seem to be paying high rates of interest. This is worrying me as I can't see how I will pay the debt off.
            2. show that I consistently seem to be paying 'late' which is incurring fees.

Can you tell me who best to email to discuss these? Last year I sent several emails to the customer services email address, I also posted something to this forum - but go NO reply. "

            Reply :

In regards to interest being applied to your debts, ultimately this is down to your creditors discretion

In regards to late payment charges being applied to a debt that you have on your plan, this will probably be due to your creditor expecting a payment before it reaches them, or if you have missed or are late with a repayment on your debt management plan.
