Has anyone managed to get Defaults removed from the credit files?
I got defaults on all my creditors when i went on a DMP, all are less than £1000 (most around £400). I will be stopping the DMP and paying £1 to each. If I ask for the default to be removed with a full payment of the debt, will they be tempted to accept that.
I don't mind paying the debts its just when I went into a DMP they never advised me properly about defaults otherwise I might have chosen a different route.
