credit file and UE debts question please
It's about nine years since we had problems paying our debts - first we had a dmp and paid through them and then in 2012 July we joined here and doing the UE route .
My question is this and i think i asked it before but not the same way lo.
If our debts are now UE but not yet SB do...

Nat West Loans and Overdrafts
I did a pre application for a Natwest loan (my son for a car,see my other threads) and it came up with APR 20.9%
so I left it at that and said we can look at it in November.
Now when I Log on to My banking it says you eligible for a loan with a 9/10 chance when I click on more info....

How would someone go about challenging a default that was placed on their CRF 4 years after the last payment made?
From reading up on here, defaults seem to be placed between 3-9 months after last payment.

Hi All,
As Clearscore offer free credit report based on Equifax data (sort of Noddle - Callcredit partnership), I am inclined to see what they have on file against my name - I have Noddle already and check it regularly every month.
