I have 3 CCJ's that are over 6 years old and would have defended them, had I been wiser, however, I have been paying them all this time and wondered if they could take action if I stopped, or would they need to take me back to court?

Basically, you should be fine - they'd need to take you back to court now.I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

I was just testing the water on these, as the amounts outstanding are under £500, it would seem prudent to just continue paying them until satisfied.

Re: CCJ's
Well just to add to it, I have two CCJ's that go back to the mid 90,s. I stopped paying them in Jan. One is for £248 the other £1600. They have huffed and puffed a bit but nothing had happened. Saying that I haven't been home for nearly a week so who knows and also I have no assets or job
