Charging for Soy Milk!!

Due to a dietary allergy I have - I've recently had to switch to Soy Milk - morning coffee had to be adjusted and to my disgust the coffe shops vary.

Costa Coffee - Free
Starbucks - 0 charge for a splash in a cup of tea otherwise 35p regardless of size
Nero - 30p regardless of size.

Now forgive me for saying but doesn't the original price include the price of the milk - its disgraceful that they charge extra. Starbucks argue is due to low consumption and extra wastage.

we switched to costa a loooong time ago...sick of overpricing & a decline in coffee to be honest..cups were always dirty as well

besides costa fuss over the little guy with his "babychino" the look on his face is priceless!

Where's that link to email the CEO again? I don't want to sound cheap but why should cows milk be built into the price only to be charge extra for the different milk?
