Had dealings with Ashworth law. (Professional) Dodgy outfit in my opinion. Persons were never there or had just popped out, or oh, its not me you need to speak to its ABC.

And what about proceedings against the individuals named? I can see two of them still operating at different companies.

The trading name Beck Solicitors, which was operated by Legal Development Partners Limited, is separate to the firm Beck Legal which is also based in Harrogate and which trades as Beck Solicitors. Beck Legal (SRA ID 596890) is in no way implicated in the intervention into Legal Development Partners. is this the names in question if so the answer is there.

It's the bit on the report that says "...there is reason to suspect dishonesty on the part of a manager or employee of Legal Development Partners Limited namely..." and then names some of the individuals. Yet a quick nose through Google shows some of these individuals apparently working at other companies.

If there's enough evidence to force the firm to stop trading then why don't they investigate the individuals?
