Been working same place now for just over 12 months on same contract, although it has been extended (three times now I think IIRC).

Anyone in trouble with Lloyds TSB and reclaiming PPI? Well I heard this today. Elder brother's new lady friend, his old secretary from the late 70's, had a letter from Lloyds TSB 3 months ago telling her that she ought to go in an see her bank manager at her local branch.
