County Court guy and access to property?
Our Landlord has debts, usually I tell the DCA's at the door that I'm not anything to do with the D*****'s and to contact the letting agency if they want more info.

My daughters car insurance
My daughter has moved out she has managed to save a deposit and buy her own 2 bedroom flat and we are delighted (not least to get our bedroom back as she is nearly 27!).
Her flat is a ground floor one and is literally 2 streets away on a quiet estate with the same first bit of postcode...

P45 and self employment
hubby is self employed and he also recently took another job with a cleaning firm , does he need to apply for a P45 ?

Pension "Advice"
I know we dont tend to dish out advice, so this is more 'information' for a friend.
The current pension pot is just over £10K - no longer any funds being put into the pot as they have left that employment (and no other pension at present)

HSBC Mortgage
Hi All,
My mortgage was in an arrangement to pay. As soon as it went into an arrangement - they updated my CR files with AR - which is fine.
The arragenment to pay ended in July and they are yet to update my file.
How can they be so quick to put bad stuff on...
