    This programme is such a crock of shit.... employers will keep a person for the required 3 months or whatever it is, then send him/her packing and get another one. All it does is massage the unemployment stats. quite nicely. A certain supermarket where "every little helps" has been doing this for ages....
    Remember the mantra:
    NEVER communicate by 'phone.
    Send EVERYTHING by Recorded/Special Delivery
    Keep a copy of EVERYTHING sent
    Keep hold of EVERYTHING received
