Useless O2 sales and customer services, lots of hassle!
Right I bought a Samsung G3 outright, not from O2 then later realised I need some form of contract where I can have unlimited calls, texts and a nice amount of internet data for so much a month.

I am just searching every avenue as we have a charge on our house and its giving us grief , most will know we have gone to court for a re-dtermination and the judge has set the payment at £**.** a month, fairfax solicitors are acting for Arrow Global.

I am at my wits end over this one
in 2007 my daughters car was reversed into by a van while she was stationary. Witnesses agreed and the fault was not contested by the other driver. Her car was undrivable, and as part of her insurance she was given a hire car , she had this for 4 weeks. She was asked to fill in lots of forms as this... -
Complicated (perhaps) mixture of templates/options
Hi, I am being pursued for an amount which appears to date back to 2002 as the last point of contact.
It was passed from DCA1 to DCA 2, and in September 2010 I wrote to DCA 2 asking for a copy of the credit agreement using a template (consumer credit Act 1974 s77).

Pensioner needs plumber advice
I have been given conflicting advice by two plumbers. I have an old and very reliable Potterton Kingfisher 2 gas boiler - positioned outside my house (ie not inside a room). I have had to replace the boiler flue and the plumber installed it in exactly the same position as the old asbestos one.... -
Cardif Pinnacle / NRAM reclaim hassle
Evening all,
Back again and this time I need serious help as I want to take Cardif Pinnacle/ NRAM to court to reclaim PPI.
To cut a very long story short, I had MPPI with NRAM underwritten by Cardif Pinnacle.

Following a CCA request in June and a follow up reminder to Crapquest I have at last received these letters (below), I have been paying token amounts on this account for years. Egg issued a default probably 5 or 6 years ago maybe longer on this account.
