Long story short -
back in 2009/10 following advise on here and MSE, I CCA'd all my pre07 debts. One of the companies wrote back saying they had lost my paperwork and whilst they may pursue the debt they wouldn't take court action....blah blah blah
didn't pay a penny...

I have received a copy of the CCA from the DCA Although it has my and the CCC name and address on it, it does not have a signature, nor signature box etc. It is a photocopy and they claim it is a true copy.

DRO with Unenforceable's
Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has any thought's knowledge about this. If the total debt is about 18k on 4/5 creditors, one debt is for 4k but is unenforceable, and all other criteria are fulfilled, can you get a DRO?
