Just a point I would like clearing up, regarding the £1 PO that we send with the CCA request.
( I always send registered+keep the PO stub+ get the signed POD).
However on a few occassions I have either been asked for the £1 PO,as they say they have not received it, even...
80 results in 0.0021 seconds.

Several months ago I sent off a cca request to a bank. It has gone round the departments, and now they claim no one pound fee was paid. I have a filled out copy of the PO concerned and know it was sent.
Should I send another one?

This sounds like nonsense given the massive increase after 30 April -- 50p for 2nd class, 60p for 1st class and 95p fee for recorded.
However! I've had my calculator out and if you stock up as many stamps as you can afford now (and plenty of 2nd class in particular), it'll be 5p cheaper... -

Before I get stuck into BC I have a DN dated 6/2/2004 giving the final date as 16/02/2004.Am I right that this is out of time by 1 day?
I know back then the DN timing was 7 days .
