Does anyone know which CRA's these report to? Is it all 3? Is it just 2 and of these 2 has one of them changed between August 2012 and January 2013?.
If they change who they report too, is information ported from the old CRA to the new CRA? and if so would the whole account go to the new... -

Banking within same group
Just wondering about banking within the same group that have defaulted you.
I know there is the right for the same company to set-off/nab funds from other accounts if you are in arrears. Does that apply to the group? And would it apply at all after a default?

Had a Credit Card account with Bank One around 2000 or earlier.
Halifax bought Bank One accounts in 2000.
I had debt on the account so tried to claim back charges pre the 6 year period, but failed in court (there is a story here) sometime ago.
