    1St credit letter before claim

    Hi all,

I am an old member, I have posted all my debts here, and initially sent my CCA but never followed through. I have been through so much pressure in life, and I kind of buried my head in the sand. I ignored all calls, and letters, and all my accounts have been passed through so many...

Basically whilst at university I had an account with Santander. A mixture of illness at the time and general 'being a student' meant that the account wasn't kept well in order, I was often maxed out with my...

    Current Account Upgrade...

    Car Breakdown cover
    Mobile Phone Insurance
    Home Emergency cover
    Worldwide Travel Insurance

    All for 12 x £15 a month = £174...

    Halifax Mortgage

Hi this question is not for me but for a disabled friend. I am not sure where it should go. I have to go out now so won't be back till later.

My friend and her ex husband had their house repossessed in 2000. This left an £11k shortfall on the mortgage. I discovered yesterday that...
