Just thinking and don't know the answer so......have a couple of things that are definitely SB and have fallen off the credit report. From time to time one of the DCAs does a check presumably to find out where i live so they can send me christmas and birthday cards etc

Credit file after Sequestration
My husband was made bankrupt on 2nd October 2009. We have free access to our credit report with Equifax through our bank account and the sequestration has now gone from his file. Do we need to do anything with regards to the other credit reference agencies or will it also have dropped off them automatically... -
