I changed over to sky talk/broadband earlier this year and the change over was painless, but on Thursday last week the line went out and now 5 days later a bloke from BT has just turned up to fix it ( lucky the kids are home as I'm at work and nobody contacted us to say they where coming!!!)
So the moral of the story is as in all things you only get to know how good something is when it goes wrong and they have to fix it!!!
