Yes Phee, I do feel better for having lost the weight...after all, carrying around an extra stone is like carrying two babies
I "should" really lose another couple of pounds but I'm happy with what I've lost. I need to do some exercise to tone up.
There's a section in the book on maintenance and I think it will be simple enough to keep at this weight. The idea is that, when your metabolism is "repaired", then it can cope with the ocassional treat (as in the ocassional piece of chocolate I've eaten this week...and the drink I had on Thursday evening ) Obviously, if you go back to eating loads of rubbish food, then you're going to put weight back on. TBH, I think cutting out wheat has helped a lot.
