    This is such a sad situation. These repossessions are a direct result of fraud. This must have been a judgement the judge didn't want to make but his hands were tied by the law.

    Of course Mortgage Express do have the discretion not to evict these poor people even though they have the legal right. They're state owned now so let's see if a MP can knock some sense into them.

      This story was forwarded to me today too. Another case of Barclays & Eversheds going after an innocent victim of fraud, despite losing in court FOUR times, Eversheds then try a different tack to try to get money out of this guy. The story is scandelous, and another example of the unethical way these companies behave.
