What we are seeing is a bubble getting bigger and bigger on the back of assisted mortgages, people who take these mortgages are at the peak of their financial limits most of the time just to get a start on the housing ladder, once the interest rates start to go up again then we will see the real damage once all these people realise that they can't afford the house any more, I wonder if it will be the fault of the poor and the disabled again?
