Starting to get heavy, would it pay to upload the CCA that was sent previous to Niddy for a further check of what they sent previous.
Any ideas what to send these next ?

Point out illegible to them and ask for a legible copy,I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. you need to make it clear that what you have been provided per your s78 request is illegible
Did you ever sign any documents when the card was provided? very important as s78 does not need a signed agreement to be complied with

Re: MJR001 UE Diary
well ok then i cant read that either but i note i can make out the reference at the top to it being a Credit Agreement Regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
id need to see if there is any reference to terms and conditions anywhere within the document.

can you tell me what was on the rear? what did they send when you signed the agreement
to be honest, I cannot remember if anything was on the rear of the page or not. I only assumed there was as the page says reverse. It was that long ago, i dont remember

Re: MJR001 UE Diary
I have drafted a letter to send to Shoosmiths, just wanted to check that this would be sufficiant for illegibility
I refer to your letter dated 02/11/2012 regarding the copy of the executed agreement. I have twice now received documents from RBS, both of which are the same, the copies I have been sent which were on 16/05/2012 and 08/06/2012 were of that poor quality I deem them to be illegible.
All I have asked is to forward me documents, which are easily legible, surely getting the original documents, photocopying them to a readable standard and sending them to me is not too much to ask.
I look forward to your reply in due course.
Regards
M
