    Is there any letter template i could send to them which gives a load of legal jargon which includes mentions of no previous CCA by Moorcroft and the account was in dispute because of this.

    I Would send this------> CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA ......with a copy of the letter you have.

      RBS today have sent another copy of the CCA they sent before, but the quality of all the pages are really poor quality. Worse than last time.

      Also had a letter from Triton Credit Services saying I have failed to make repayment arrangements and to call RBS immediately.

        Had another letter from Triton today, Payment Demand, send cheque for full amount to Triton.

        Also a letter from RBS, saying in their eyes they have met all CCA requests and they do not have to provide a copy of the agreement with signatures, can upload this if needed.

            If Niddy has seen the purported agreement and they haven't sent anything different then there's no need to upload it. Their letters are just standard template responses so no need for Niddy to see them, he's seen them all!
            For both of the RBS accounts, they sent through application forms and pages of terms and conditions, Niddy said unenforcable, but still a worry as I am not as clued up as most people on here.

            Thanks to all

                  Hi M

                  Its a nightmare when you keep getting letters all the time from different companies! If Niddy said its then they cant do anything anyway! As I2D said send the above letter and see what happens but, you've had pretty much a clear run with them all which is great
                  Glad your Mint was UE, mine was EN unfortunately but hope to try and get them to clear the debt due to health and not being able to work letter

                  I will be interested to see what they send back...(To you I mean ;-)

                    Have recieved this from Triton today, Niddy said he thought the terms they sent through were not from when I took the card out and to carry along the UE route, any guidance would be grateful now they have sent this.

                      I would send this tomorrow

                      Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Threat by Creditor - Threat-o-Gram Letter Before Action

                      they could be trying to frighten you into paying.

                      I would also start my letter with can I refer you to my letter of blah blah

                      and then use the above as the body of the letter.

                      RBS are a bit thick.

                      don't worry

                          1. There are no outstanding obligations, there are 'alleged' obligations;
                          2. Recommend all you like, however make sure you're prepared to lose a lot of money in the process; plus not often a bank listens to any recommendations made by you is it?
                          3. This may not involve anything, if I defend it. You are prohibited from using such words, as you are suggesting you already have a judgment, you do not. Breach of CCL so a FOS & OFT complaint could be in order here;
                          4. You do not have judgment, how the bloody hell can you therefore ask a court to enforce nothing?
                          5. There are no enforcement options;

                          The above are some instant thoughts, however at this stage just respond as Mrs D suggests above
